Nexwell Health Partners was founded to solve a structural problem in 340B specialty care. Covered entities have the legal authority to capture savings on specialty drugs. But without owned practices or compliant referral networks, that authority generates no value.
Practice acquisitions require capital most covered entities don't have. Employed provider models create operational complexity. Contract pharmacy restrictions have closed the traditional pathway.
Nexwell creates a third option: administrative infrastructure that connects independent specialists to 340B covered entities without practice ownership, without employed provider relationships, and without compliance ambiguity. We are not a pharmacy, a drug wholesaler, or a clinical provider. We deliver administrative, technology, and compliance services. Our clients keep their 340B registration. Specialists keep their independence. Patients keep their access to care.
Our Model
Nexwell operates as a management services organization. We provide the administrative middle that connects two sides of a network.
On one side: healthcare organizations seeking specialty drug savings and expanded patient access. Critical access hospitals, DSH facilities, FQHCs, and other eligible organizations.
On the other side: independent specialty practices providing high-quality care in oncology, ophthalmology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, and other specialties. We build the network, maintain the compliance infrastructure, and coordinate the referrals.
Clinical decisions stay with clinicians. Administrative execution stays with us.
Compliance by Design
Every Nexwell engagement is structured for regulatory compliance from day one.
Our management services agreements satisfy the Stark Law personal services exception. Our fee structures fit the Anti-Kickback Statute safe harbor for management contracts. Our 340B procedures follow HRSA guidance. We maintain the documentation, conduct the screenings, and keep the records that demonstrate compliance.
