How We Support Your Organization
Network Access and Referral Coordination
Nexwell maintains a credentialed network of independent specialty practices across multiple clinical specialties. Each provider enters a written participation agreement requiring compliance with healthcare regulations, professional liability insurance, credentialing standards, and documentation requirements.
When your provider makes a referral, our platform matches the patient with an appropriate specialist based on clinical specialty, geography, insurance acceptance, and appointment availability. We schedule the appointment, track completion, and facilitate the return of clinical documentation to your referring provider.
This is referral coordination, not referral direction. Your physicians make the clinical decisions. We make sure the administrative pieces connect.
340B Program Compliance
Nexwell supports your 340B program with patient eligibility verification, documentation standards, and auditable record-keeping. We maintain your Medicaid carve-in/carve-out status, manage claims identifiers, and keep your payer lists current.
When HRSA audits happen, we help you respond. When manufacturer inquiries arrive, we coordinate data delivery. When compliance issues emerge, we work with you on corrective action.
Our goal is a 340B program that survives scrutiny and keeps generating value.
Credentialing Support
Every network provider undergoes primary source verification of medical licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, and malpractice coverage. We screen monthly against the OIG exclusion list, SAM, and state Medicaid exclusion databases.
If we identify an exclusion or credentialing deficiency, we notify you within two business days and immediately cease referring patients to that provider.
No gaps. No surprises.
Telehealth Coordination
Nexwell negotiates and manages telehealth service agreements on your behalf. We ensure arrangements meet "under arrangements" requirements, comply with state licensure rules, and satisfy 340B eligibility criteria.
Your patients get remote access to specialty consultations. You maintain compliant program capture. We handle the contracting complexity.
Quality Assurance
Nexwell establishes performance metrics for every network practice: patient access standards, referral completion rates, documentation timeliness, patient satisfaction. We conduct periodic quality reviews and report trends quarterly.
When practices underperform, we address it through corrective action. When patterns emerge, we analyze root causes. When your leadership needs data, we provide it.
